Matt Damon has been confirmed in a cameo role on the season finale of HBO’s Entourage. Executive producer Doug Ellin says, “Lebron (James) and Matt (Damon) have a scene together and they just kill it!”

Poor Pivs… we reported earlier that Jeremy Piven dropped out of David Mamet’s Broadway production of Speed the Plow, citing high mercury counts. Now comes news that the mercury poisoning was due to sushi and Chinese herbs.

Rapper Bow Wow will be joining the fifth season of Entourage, playing a stand-up comic who becomes E’s (Kevin Connolly) new client.
According to Bow Wow, “After 16 years in the music industry and six successful albums, I’ve decided to shift my energy to something else I’m passionate about, acting. I’m going to try to be the next Will Smith.”
This isn’t Bow Wow’s first acting gig — he’s appeared in Like Mike, Roll Bounce, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Johnson Family Vacation, Ugly Betty, Smallville and Moesha.
