Guess Dr. Phil couldn’t handle the heat over his appearance at the hospital where Britney Spears was after her breakdown or the heat he was getting from fellow shrinks. He’s decided to cancel his Britney Spears show, on which Spears’ parents were expected to appear — but Britney Spears was not.

First, they chat about London’s News of the World report that Britney Spears had taken loads of pills washed down with a mixture of vodka, Nyquil and Red Bull, then launch into a chat about shrinks slamming Dr. Phil for his unwelcome visit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
By the way, People magazine is reporting that a source told the magazine that Britney “tested clean … This lady is as clean as clean can be, and has been for some time.”
Since I reported that Dr. Phil will dedicate his Monday show to Britney Spears’ issues, a lot of rumors have been flying that Britney will appear on Dr. Phil. TMZ, however, is reporting that Britney Spears will not appear on Dr. Phil.
What’s more, according to TMZ sources, Dr. Phil’s visit with Britney Spears did not go exactly as he told Entertainment Tonight — Britney Spears was not aware he was coming (it’s rumored that her parents asked the good doctor to visit her), nor did he stay for an hour to talk to her, as he claimed. Well, looks like Dr. Phil isn’t going to waste any time using Britney Spears’ problems to benefit himself. Dr. Phil McGraw, who went to visit Britney Spears at the hospital Saturday, is dedicating his Monday show to Britney Spears and her many issues.

Pregnant beauty Halle Berry and her equally beautiful boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have been reading up on their Dr. Phil. Specifially, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry read Dr. Phil’s “Family First.” According to Aubry, “(It’s a) great book. I recommend it.”
Apparently, Gabriel Aubry is very well read on the subject of pregnancy, offering up this advice to expecting fathers: “Don’t say she’s fat.” Cute and smart.
