Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Accident Leaves One Dead

Miley Cyrus’s tour bus was in an accident in Virgina – the bus overturned, leaving one person dead. Other injuries have been reported as well.

Ten people were on the bus; Miley Cyrus was not on the tour bus at the time.

Jonas Brothers Cancel Zurich Concert; Nick Jonas Sick

Nick Jonas’ respiratory illness over the weekend caused the Jonas Brothers to cancel their Zurich, Switzerland concert on Saturday night.

The Jonas Brother explained on Twitter that Nick had been “advised by his doctor not to speak or sing.”

Nick Jonas did give a Twitter update on Sunday morning that he was doing better: “I am happy to tell everyone that I woke up this morning, and I’m already feeling better! Thanks for all the prayers. Can’t wait to rock Bilbao!”

Disney “Harriet the Spy” TV Movie 2010, Starring Wizards’ Jennifer Stone

Wizards of Waverly Place star Jennifer Stone has landed herself a Disney TV movie. Stone, who plays sidekick Harper to Selena Gomez’s Alex on Wizards is set to star in “Harriet the Spy,” airing on the Disney Channel in 2010.

Jennifer Stone will play the lead role of Harriet Welsch in the TV movie based on the children’s book by Louise Fitzhugh. Harriet the Spy was also a 1996 movie with Michelle Trachtenberg.

Disney Channel exec David Levine commented, “Jennifer Stone is a great talent for our network.”

Demi Lovato Twitters NOT Dating Joe Jonas

Time to put all of those “Is Demi Lovato dating Joe Jonas?” questions to rest. According to Demi, she’s NOT dating one-third of the Jonas Brothers.

Straight from Demi’s fingertips to Twitter:

“There’s been a lot of rumors lately that I’m dating one of my best friends Joe. I can promise my entire career that I am not. It’s unfortunate that some people out there are so desperate for attention that they have to make up gossip to keep their site alive.”

“We’ve NEVER dated. He’s incredible, but we don’t have feelings for each other in that way. I love you guys, and I wouldn’t lie about that.”

Nick Jonas and The Administration? Jonas Brothers NOT Breaking Up

By now you’ve heard of Nick Jonas and the Administration… but fear not, just because Nick Jonas is taking it solo with The Administration does NOT mean the Jonas Brothers are breaking up.

After news of Nick Jonas and The Administration solo project hit the net, Jonas fan got a little scared about the future of their favorite bro band.

The Jonas Brothers tell People.com: “We plan to make music together for as long as we can.”

In the letter to People, the Jonas Brothers write:

“We’ve said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can’t break up brothers.”

Nick says of his “Nick Jonas & the Administration” project: “My brothers are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me everyday while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me they couldn’t wait to hear the record.”

Joe and Kevin write, “We are so proud of our brother Nick. We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives. But we are thrilled for you to hear these songs that were on his heart.”

“A three-chord strand is not easily broken, and one thing’s for sure… this three chord strand is stronger now than it’s ever been. You are truly the best fans in the world, and we love you with all our hearts.”

Are the Jonas Brothers breaking up? Easy… breathe… we’re sure that’s not the case, but Jonas mom Denise spilled the beans that Nick is going to release a solo album!

Denise tells Parade.com “Nick is working on a solo act — it’s called Nick Jonas and The Administration… Shhh! He’s at the photo shoot for the album cover right now.”
