Every time we see Dick Clark’s hardly aging face, we have to ask “how old is Dick Clark?” Check him out in these Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve video clips. Clark turned 80 in 2009.

First up, there’s been a lot of negativity about how Dick Clark screwed up the 2010 ball drop countdown – he’s 80 and had a stroke in 2004. Give the guy a break – bless him for gracing the New Year’s Rockin Eve countdown at all.

Even though Ryan Seacrest has really taken over as host of the New Year’s Rockin Eve party, Dick Clark is still the master of this event, which he started in 1972.

So, cut the guy some slack if he missed a number here or there during the countdown – it’s not a fail… 2010 was coming whether Dick Clark counted it down right or not.

Seriously, what was with Jennifer Lopez’s New Year’s outfit at last night’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve? If it was meant as a distraction from JLo’s lip synching, then I’d say it worked.

Jennifer Lopez’s New Year’s outfit was some kind of spangly diamond studded catsuit that showed off every curve. At first I wanted to know what was under that shaggy coat, but then regretted it once it flew off.
