“Desperate Housewives” fans have had a long wait since the tornado cliffhanger episode aired — and we can’t wait to find out what happened in the aftermath.

Fortunately, we don’t have that much more of a wait — a new post-tornado episode of “Desperate Housewives” airs January 6. Unfortunately, this may be the last new “Desperate Housewives” episode for awhile due to the writers’ strike. We’ll take what we can get, I suppose.

You could smell a lawsuit comin’ as soon as X17 started spreading the word that Tony Parker cheated on “Desperate Housewives” wife Eva Longoria with a French model.

Yep, Tony Parker is suing X17 over their claims that he had an affair with Alexandra Paressant. Tony Parker says that X17 posted “false and defamatory” stories and he’s seeking $40 million in damages.

Parker said, “This is false. It never happened. And X17 had to know that the story was false, or, at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.”

Alexandra Paressant allegedly broke the rumored affair to the website, but X17 never contacted Tony Parker or Eva Longoria prior to running the stories, nor did X17 agree to retract the stories after Parker’s peeps told the gossip site the claims were false.
