Oh boy… a Wisteria Lane cover up!

Desperate Housewives’ final season kicks off with the premiere on Sunday, September 25, starting off with a bang, as the ladies try to cover up the death of Gabby’s abusive stepfather.

Eva Longoria explains to Us Weekly that the storyline “puts a strain on her relationship with Carlos [Ricardo Chavira],” adding, “It’s funny: As serious as the crime was, there is so much humor this season. I’m having so much fun doing the physical comedy.”

Interestingly, Desperate Housewives will be bringing the final season storylines full circle, according to executive producer Bob Daily.

Daily explains, “The mystery is going to harken back to what happened in season 1. We’re bringing back characters you haven’t seen in a while.” Daily also promises “a big whammy at the end!”

Oh man… maybe I should start watching DH again just to see how it all ends?

After eight seasons, Desperate Housewives comes to an end, and in the new promo, we get a look back at those earlier years – you know, when it was actually fun to watch?!

Creator Marc Cherry said that the final season will “pay homage to everyone who’s been there before and been on the show.”

Eva Longoria appears topless – well, she has a little jacket on – watch the Eve Longoria oops at the 3:20 mark during her Letterman interview, where she notices a button has come undone.

“I wore a tuxedo for you,” Eva Longoria tells David Letterman. Letterman jokes, “I guess you did… or part of one.”

After the wardrobe oops, Longoria tells David Letterman, “You didn’t see anything…” and he jokes, “We’re gonna lose our liquor license.”

Britain’s Daily Mail first reported the rumor that Teri was bailing on Desperate Housewives, noting that she is “inspired by the success of people like Courteney Cox…who bagged her own show.”

Hatcher was rumored to be leaving the series at the end of next season.

Teri Hatcher took to Facebook to confirm that she’s not going anywhere: “There are not enough adjectives to describe how stupid, off base, and ridiculously untrue this is. Newspapers should be accountable for this kind of irresponsible journalism and reckless fabrication of a story.”

Tony Parker’s statement reads: “Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately. I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”

Parker also noted that he didn’t file first, as was initially reported: “I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California. We plan to continue to keep our discussion of this matter private.”

Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker today… and details of his cheating on her are now coming forward.

Longoria reportedly found hundreds of text message exchanges between Tony Parker and Erin Barry.

Erin Barry is the wife of Tony Parker’s Spurs teammate Brent Barry. Erin Barry and Brent Barry were going through a divorce and have one child together.

Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush contact Erin Barry, noting, “We spoke to erin barry…Brent Barry’s wife from San Antonio Spurs…she cried and said “No comment.”

Brent Barry played with Tony Parker on the Spurs from 2004 to 2008.

Likely not the effect that former Desperate Housewives star Dana Delany was looking for, I’m sure.

Seven years ago, Dana Delany said her dermatologist said, “You should try this… He injected my forehead, hit a nerve and created a huge hematoma. The nerve has been dead ever since.”

As a result, Delany’s right eye has started to droop: “I notice it more than anybody else, but I was symmetrical before and now I am not. I stopped going to him right then.”

The botched Botox was an eye opening (no pun, really) experience, as Dana Delany says she will not have future injections, nor does she plan on undergoing plastic surgery.

Desperate Housewives’ ladies are posed on either side of Williams, who will play Renee Perry: Marcia Cross as Bree Hodge, Teri Hatcher as Susan Mayer, Eva Longoria as Gabrielle Solis, and Felicity Huffman as Lynette Scavo.

Desperate Housewives season 7 premieres September 26 on ABC.
