Watch Will Ferrell shave Conan O’Brien’s beard, making good on his promise to shave Conan’s beard when he came for his May 2 appearance.

Will Ferrell presents Conan O’Brien with some shave options: “love caterpillar,” “gay illusionist,” or… Hitler.

Conan just goes with a straight up shave, which Ferrell seems to mangle pretty bad. O’Brien promises a professional will come and clean things up, but Ferell said he killed the barber!

The bit goes a little long, but the sight of Will and Conan swigging Barbicide and Ferrell naming the clippers “Excalibeard” are some pretty funny moments.

Watch Jon Cryer on Conan O’Brien (video), where he responds to Charlie Sheen’s comment that he’s a troll and a traitor. Turns out, Jon Cryer IS a troll!

Jon Cryer says that Sheen’s rant about Jon was “very painful” because Cryer has been hiding his trollness from the world.

“Those words were very painful to me for many reasons, not the least of which is … I can’t even believe I’m saying this… The fact is I AM a troll.”

Cryer continuted, “It’s not something I like to talk about, my parents don’t even know I’m a troll – of course I guess they do now. The truth is that there’s not a lot of tolerance for people like me, especially in Hollywood.”

Poor Jon! He said, “‘To avoid ignorance and bullying, I’ve had to hide the fact that I’m a troll. You have no idea how much time and money I’ve spent on electrolysis and hair dye and reconstructive surgery so I can look like this.”

And that’s when we see a pic of Jon Cryer with pink Troll doll hair and the big eyes… that’s good stuff.
