VH1 has announced the cast for Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew – the latest installment of the reality series won’t air until 2010, however. Celebrity Rehab’s cast includes “One Day at a Time” star Mackenzie Phillips, who just finished her 10th visit to rehab last year, as well as Dennis Rodman, whose recent Celebrity Apprentice appearance revealed the ex-pro basketball star clearly had a problem. Jessica Sierra… remember her? The fallen former American Idol finalist made headlines last year when she violated her probation and was intoxicated and resisted arrest. The judge ordered her to avoid the media, saying “You are not a celebrity; you are a drug addict.”
Jessica Sierra’s camera ban has now been lifted, so she is no longer forced to stay 100 yards away from cameras and microphones. Check out the news story video clip above – at least she looks cleaned up.

Former Celebrity Rehabber Chyna didn’t learn anything from Dr. Drew, it seems. The steroid queen (king?) was rushed to the hospital on her birthday yesterday when her friends called 911 after Chyna drank herself into oblivion.
Chyna’s friends made the call after she passed out and they discovered she also had cuts on her arms. When she was admitted, psychiatrists wanted to perform a psych evaluation, but Chyna was too drunk.

Nikki McKibbin, who came in third on the first season of American Idol, and will be seen in the upcoming second season of Celebrity Rehab, says that Simon Cowell is partly to blame for her drug and alcohol addictions.
