The Daily Show can certainly jump start careers (see Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Ed Helms) – correspondents Samantha Bee and Jason Jones have just signed to co-create/co-write/co-star in a CBS comedy.
No word on the title for the CBS series, but the married couple (yep, Samantha Bee and Jason Jones are hitched!) would play celebrity chef (Jones) and associate (Bee).
And the Katie Couric/Sarah Palin interview rolls on – not only can Sarah Palin not name newspapers that she reads, she also can’t name Supreme Court cases other than Roe v. Wade that she disagrees with. Check out Sarah Palin’s responses to Katie Couric’s questions in the video (2 minutes in, after Joe Biden).

Dan Gheesling, a 25-year-old Catholic school teacher, was crowned the winner of last night’s “Big Brother 10″ finale. Dan Gheesling won $500,000 for enduring the Big Brother competition. House guest Memphis Garrett was the runner-up.
