CBS news announced today that International news anchor, Lara Logan, was brutally attacked and assaulted while taping an report for 60 Minutes. Logan was separated from her crew and surrounded by a group of men, which quickly grew to around 200 people. Logan was rescued by a group of Egyptian woman and eventually the local military. Logan made it back to her hotel in Cairo and was flown back to the US. She has asked for privacy as she recovers in an undisclosed hospital
CBS cancels Medium… Medium canceled after 7 seasons and two different networks!

CBS announced yesterday that a new daytime talk show was coming to the network to replace “As the World Turns” – a talk show that sounds like a rip off of “The View.”
The CBS chatfest will be co-hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini, and Marissa Jaret Winokur, and will have a format oh-so-very-similar to The View. Read the rest of this entry »
