Rick Bayless, a Chicago chef, was the winner of last night’s finale of Bravo TV’s Top Chef Masters. Rick Bayless is a chef and co-owner of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo.
As Top Chef Master, Rick Bayless won a $100,000 prize – he is donating it to Frontera Farmer Foundation, an organization that supports small Midwestern sustainable farms.
Bravo has a cash cow on its hands – now announcing that The Real Housewives is developing a Washington, D.C. spin-off. Seriously, with housewives in every city, there are no shortage of ideas. Could the cable reality franchise be coming to a city near you soon?
Bravo is currently looking for candidates for The Real Housewives of D.C., seeking “who have their pulse on the most important cultural events, political galas, gallery openings and fundraisers in Washington society.”
The Fashion Show with host Isaac Mizrahi debuts tonight, May 7, on Bravo (10 p.m.). Check out Isaac Mizrahi in the video clip above, where he’s challenged to create a dress out of USA Today newspapers.
