Rick Bayless, a Chicago chef, was the winner of last night’s finale of Bravo TV’s Top Chef Masters. Rick Bayless is a chef and co-owner of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo.

As Top Chef Master, Rick Bayless won a $100,000 prize – he is donating it to Frontera Farmer Foundation, an organization that supports small Midwestern sustainable farms.

Bravo Developing Real Housewives of Washington D.C.

Bravo has a cash cow on its hands – now announcing that The Real Housewives is developing a Washington, D.C. spin-off. Seriously, with housewives in every city, there are no shortage of ideas. Could the cable reality franchise be coming to a city near you soon?

Bravo is currently looking for candidates for The Real Housewives of D.C., seeking “who have their pulse on the most important cultural events, political galas, gallery openings and fundraisers in Washington society.”

Real Housewives of New Jersey Debuts May 12 on Bravo

The Real Housewives has a new place to represent – New Jersey! The Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere May 12 on Bravo. The New Jersey Housewives cast includes:

Jacqueline Laurita – former cosmetologist and current stay-at-home mom with a teenage daughter from her previous marriage and a 6-year-old son with her husband Chris. Chris owns a wholesale apparel businesses and is the brother of housewives Caroline and Dina.

Teresa Giudice – has three daughters with construction company owner husband Joe. They own a beach house on the Jersey Shore, and naturally she loves to shop and get spa treatments.

Danielle Staub – says “You either love me or you hate me, there is no in between.” Danielle is a single mom of two daughters and says she was one of the first female American Express Black card members in New Jersey.

Dina Manzo – is the founder of Project Ladybug, a nonprofit which helps children with cancer. Dina is an interior designer and an event planner. Her best friend is her sister, Caroline, and her husband Albert works with his brother (Caroline’s husband) at the family’s catering business.

Caroline Manzo – is a mother of three and owns a real estate firm and a line of children’s accessories. She’s married to Albert Manzo, brother of Dina’s husband Tommy. Dina and Caroline’s brother is Jacqueline’s husband Chris. Confused?

Real Housewives of Atlanta Renewed for Season 2

The Real Housewives will return for more drama on Bravo – the network has renewed the reality series for a second season.

Viewers love the Atlanta housewives, it seems – as the series averaged 1.5 million viewers – besting the New York and Orange County editions (and the reunion show grabbed 2.8 million viewers!).

No details have yet been revealed about when Season 2 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta will air.

Kathy Griffin Confirms Season 5 of Bravo’s My Life on the D-List

Kathy Griffin’s My Life on the D-List will be back for a 5th season on Bravo, according to the Emmy winning comedian/reality star.

Kathy Griffin confirmed the new season, saying, “It’s season 5. We start shooting [Wednesday]. Literally, it’s our first day.”

Kathy Griffin gives a hint of what to expect: “Season 5 is going to be a little bit of a transitional season because it’s going to be more celebrity oriented. [It's] the way that American Idol sort of started as a singing contest and then every week you expect to see the mentors. I have some really good guest stars coming on the D-List this year.”
