Interesting choice for next week’s March 15 Saturday Night Live host — “Superbad” star Jonah Hill will host SNL. Here’s hoping for a cameo by “Superbad” co-star Michael Cera (oh please?!)
The March 15 SNL musical guest ain’t too shabby either — Janet Jackson will no doubt bring her A game.
Sadly, hearing “Arrested Development” star Will Arnett’s voice as KITT on the upcoming NBC revamp movie was the only reason I planned to tune in to watch “Knight Rider.” Now, that’s not happening.
I really wanted to like the new CBS series, “Welcome to the Captain,” that stars “Arrested Development’s” Jeffrey Tambor (Uncle Saul) and Chris Klein (Marty), but the pilot episode for me fell flat.
In “Welcome to the Captain,” the main character, Josh Flug (Fran Kranz) moves into the El Capitan apartment building in L.A. upon the advice of his friend Marty (Klein), rather than moving to New York. Josh is recovering from a breakup and trying to get his writing career back on track after having won an Oscar for writing a short film some years before. Read the rest of this entry »
I’m giddy at seeing “Arrested Development” star Jason Bateman in anything, so it’s great to see him in another high profile movie — this time starring Will Smith. You can’t get much bigger than that. Check out the movie trailer video for “Hancock.”
