Check out Kellie Pickler’s acting debut on “90210, airing October 18 on the CW.

Kellie Pickler plays the role of Sally, a friend of new character Austin. Kellie Pickler, as Sally, will sing “Tough” on 90210 in a talent competition.

“Tough” is the first single on Kellie Pickler’s upcoming new album.

Pickler said of the role, “My zip code growing up was a long way from 90210, so it will definitely be acting. I’m really excited and a little bit nervous about it, but it will be a fun and unique place to perform ‘Tough.’”

90210 dad! Ian Ziering baby news this morning, as Ziering’s wife is pregnant and the couple are expecting their first child in April!

Ian Ziering tells People.com, “Erin and I are very excited to be parents. It’s something we both have always wanted. [Erin] is four-and-a-half months along, and we both are beyond excited.”

Ian and Erin Ludwig, a nurse, were married in May.

Good grief… Tori Spelling is wasting away, as seen in this shockingly thin picture of an anorexic-looking Tori at the launch of her new book, Mommywood.

Tori Spelling tells People.com, “Oh my God, I’m not anorexic. I acknowledge that I look thin in photos. I get it.”

Tori Spelling’s latest book, Mommywood, hits stores on Tuesday. She’s also been busy with the new 90210 and the fourth season of her and hubby’s reality show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.

Spelling admits she doesn’t eat well because she’s so busy: “I’m the first to admit that sometimes I don’t have the time to sit down for a well-balanced meal. Usually like you kind of just finish whatever your child doesn’t eat. I’m like, ‘Cool, you have a few pieces of hot dog left and one broccoli floret and a fry, I’ll take it.’ ”

Shannen Doherty will once again return to her role as Brenda Walsh on the season finale of CW’s 90210. Surprised?

Shannen Doherty spilled the beans at last night’s Race to Witch Mountain premiere, telling E!: “You’re the first people I’ve told. It is the finale, so you can probably expect a lot of drama.”

Isn’t there always drama with Brenda though?

Shannen Doherty will return to 90210 in an upcoming episode of the CW series. Doherty was originally signed on for six episodes of the Beverly Hills, 90210 update and was not expected to reprise her role again.

Now begs the question: will Shannen Doherty’s Brenda and Tori Spelling’s Donna appear in any scenes together?
