Brooke Shields Says Lipstick Jungle Not Yet Cancelled

Brooke Shields is staying hopeful about her NBC series, saying that Lipstick Jungle has not yet been cancelled.
According to Brooke Shields, “They thought that because My Own Worst Enemy has been shut down that the same thing had happened to us, and it’s not true.”
Brooke Shields also commented, “They’re not breaking down the sets. We’re still working. We still have more to do, so it’s erroneously presented that we’ve been canceled, thank God. Our bosses are saying, ‘You’re not canceled, don’t worry. We’re just trying to figure out how to make this make sense.’”
Brooke Shields is optimistic about Lipstick Jungle’s future, saying, “I mean, we’re basically No. 1 if you look at DVR. And you look at all that. So the public is watching it. The problem that they have is it’s not the same day live. They just need to figure out how to reconcile advertisers’ money because the advertisers don’t want you fast forwarding commercials.”

I really hope that NBC doesn’t cancel this show..I mean really the best show this season, incredible actresses and actors and finally a show that isn’t reality..don’t you make this mistake please. I have never missed an episode and it now a ritual with my friends to all stay in and watch together..its real life and its a shame and hopefully Ben Silverman changes his mind and listens to the fans…
