Britney Spears Sighting: Breakfast with Photographer Adnan Ghalib
Let’s face it — Britney Spears doesn’t do a very good job at laying low. Just one day after her release from Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Britney Spears was spotted having breakfast at the Daily Grill in Palm Desert on Sunday with photographer Adnan Ghalib.
Interestingly enough, Britney Spears getting away from her home would seem virtually impossible with all of the surrounding media and paparazzi.
According to the restaurant manager, “She [Britney Spears] seemed in a really good mood, laughing with the guy she was with.” She drank a champagne mimosa.
