Britney Spears Loses Visitation Rights; Kevin Federline Given Sole Custody
Not that you couldn’t see this one coming, but it’s official: Britney Spears has lost visitation rights to her children.
According to court Commissioner Scott Gordon following today’s emergency hearing, Kevin Federline is “awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the minor children.” Britney Spears’ “visitation with the minor children is suspended pending further order of the court.”
This court order will be in effect until January 14th.
As for the standoff that occurred at Britney Spears’ home Thursday night (which ended with Britney being taken to the hospital and placed on mental lockdown), the LAPD is not planning to file charges against the singer right now. The LAPD is continuing their investigation.
