Bindi Irwin ready to follow dad’s footsteps
Eight year old Bindi Irwin, the bubbly and incredibly sweet daughter of late “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin is ready to debut this summer as a tv host for her nature loving show.
“Bindi the Jungle Girl” was created in order to help young kids become more interested in wildlife conservation. It will premiere June 9th on Discovery Kids. Bindi will work with all sorts of animals from koalas to elephants to snakes and how they all need protection, and how we can help.
I’ve seen Bindi in action on a few clips before. She’s a tiny powerhouse and perfect for the role of wildlife host.
She’s also going to host a one hour special on June 8th on Animal Planet. The show is called “My Daddy the Croc Hunter” and will include clips from her childhood, learning from her father.
