Well – with a broken marriage and a relationship scandal behind her, Sienna Miller confirmed that she and Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty have broken up.

You may recall that Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller took their relationship public over the summer – after shots of Getty with a topless Miller hit the Internets. The coupling led to Balthazar Getty’s split with his wife too.

Sienna Miller told Us Weekly: “I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that. It’s nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.”
