EW.com has the scoop that we may not be seing as much of Balthazar Getty on Brothers & Sisters anymore – seems the actor may be getting the boot, with sources reporting that producers may be planning not to pick up his option as a full-time series regular.

Balthazar Getty plans Tommy Walker on Brothers & Sisters, who has been more interesting for his affair with Sienna Miller than his role on the ABC drama.

The source maintains that Balthazar Getty is in talks with Brothers & Sisters to return as a recurring guest star, however.

Neither the show nor Getty’s spokesperson has confirmed the rumor.

UPDATE: Balthazar Getty’s rep has set the record straight – he’s staying on as Tommy Walker on Brothers and Sisters.

He landed in the tabloid spotlight after he was photographed kissing Sienna Miller and left his wife, Rosetta, in July.
