Ashley Tisdale was out and about last night — showing off her new nose. If you recall, Ashley Tisdale got a nose job on November 30 and fans got a look at the new-and-improved “High School Musical” actress at the Z100 Jingle Ball Concert at Madison Square Garden yesterday.
