Arrested Development Movie in the Works?

Oh, please let this be true! There has been speculation for some time now that “Arrested Development” would make the leap to the big screen, but sounds like we’ve gotten just a little more confirmation. Straight from Bluth family patriarch George Bluth.
Jeffrey Tambor, who plays the elder Bluth, was on XM Radio’s The Ron & Fez Show yesterday and dropped a hint that “Arrested Development” could become a movie.
According to Jeffrey Tambor:
“I think we’re going to make a movie. I talked to [Arrested Development's executive producer] Ron Howard and he hinted that there’s a push to get the movie made.”
How great would that be? I’m still enjoying the first two season DVDs that I got for my birthday — and have to grab season three at some point. Without a doubt, “Arrested Development” was one of the greatest shows on TV — until the plug was pulled much too early. It even won six Emmys and a Golden Globe award.
