I’m not exactly sure SNL Digital Short fans have been begging for the return of Laser Cats — but in this April 5 Saturday Night Live video clip, Andy Samberg and Bill Hader pitch a new SNL Digital Short for “Laser Cats 3D” to Lorne Michaels.

Although I have to admit the Laser Cats 3D “special effects” are pretty funny, as is the final faceoff between laser cats and laser dogs… what did you think?
