Amy Poehler to Leave Saturday Night Live/SNL After November Election

Amy Poehler is planning to leave Saturday Night Live/SNL following the November election - so, we’ve got her Hillary Clinton impersonation and Weekend Update co-anchor spot through November.
Amy Poehler broke the news to Men’s Vogue, saying that she’ll be going on maternity leave after the election (she and husband, actor Will Arnett are expecting their first child) and won’t return to SNL.
Amy Poehler already has a new job lined up, however - working on The Office spin-off on NBC.
