Amy Fisher & Joey Buttafuoco Move Into Dr. Phil’s House
Amy Fisher and Joey Buttafuoco are thinking of tying the knot, but the reality show co-stars/Long Island Looney Tunes, whose early nineties cladestine May-December romance resulted in a teenage Amy trying to blow Mary Jo Buttafuoco (Joey’s then-wife) brains out, are looking for a little public premarital counseling with advice-wielding talk show guru Dr. Phil McGraw.
Producer David Krieff, has been crafting the made-for-TV reconciliation, says negotiations are under way to have Joey and Amy move into the Dr. Phil House- at private counseling pad for some of the shrink’s toughest – and most entertaining – cases by July 1.
“This is an extreme edition of Dr. Phil’s House,” the producer says.
The couple’s ex spouses – Evanka Buttafuoco and Lou Bellera-may also move in!
Buttafuoco and Fisher said in a statement yesterday, “We are looking forward to working with Dr. Phil and discussing our lives. We are excited about living together.”
