Is it me or did Katherine McPhee botch the chorus lyric? I think she was singing “you know i believe and now” , not “and how”. Plus, juxtaposing the pronouns for the song makes the poetry in the song not sound as flowing. Her version even with David Foster’s arrangement, a producer I have immense respect for, does not match up to many by other artists. In the immortal words of Simon Cowell, it was a bit lounge singer on a cruise ship for my tastes. She has not found her style as an artist adleast with this song, but I fear she doesn’t have much to say as an artist anyway.
