American Idol season 7 finalist Chikezie Eze was arrested at Neiman Marcus last night for felony identity theft, according to reports from TMZ.com.

Chikezie Eze tried to make a purchase at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills – allegedly using “fraudulent means” – and was busted.

Store security detained Chikezie and then he was taken to the Beverly Hills jail and booked on felony identity theft.

Eze is in jail now, being held on $50,000 bail.
