For anyone who’s ever yelled at the TV while watching “American Idol” auditions – and thought you could do better…

Walt Disney World announced yesterday that the park will be adding an “American Idol” attraction later this year.

No, not “American Idol: The Ride,” but an attraction where people can perform in front of 1,000 audience members at a simulated “Idol” TV show, get vocal coaching and hair and makeup. And, just like on “American Idol,” wannabe singers will be scored by three judges.

The winner of each show performs in a grand finale – and the daily winner gets a pass to the real American Idol’s regional auditions.
