"American Idol" busy signals predict winner?
“American Idol” busy signals have been a complaint of many on a variety of Idol forums – while others commented that they have been able to easily get through without the dreaded busy signals. What gives?

DialIdol.com uses the American Idol busy signals as a prediction for who is likely to be eliminated. For the April 7 Idol show, DialIdol named Anoop Desai and Kris Allen as getting the lowest votes.

DialIdol claims that their American Idol busy signals predictions were 97% accurate for AI’s season 7… and their methods have accurately predicted the winner of every American Idol season that the DialIdol site has covered.

Many Idol voters commented that last night they received busy signals, while others had relatively no troubles. Some theories suggest that people voting in larger cities may experience more busy signals.

Others question the phone service, wondering if AT&T users may get priority since the American Idol numbers are routed through AT&T.
