Jason Rich, 21, of Stout, Iowa auditions for the “American Idol 7″ judges in this Omaha, Nebraska audition video clip. Jason Rich is a part-time farmer who lives in a super small town.
Jason Rich’s nerves make him forget the words and it looks like he doesn’t have a chance, but after multiple attempts, he pulls it together and makes it through to the Hollywood round. I’m so glad they gave him a few chances to get his nerves in check because he did a really great job on the final try.

Jason may have forgotten his lines, however, his modest demeanor, perseverance and obvious talent gained the respect of the judges. Whether Jason goes on to be the next American Idol or not, he has a lot to share and will be successful!
