Josiah Leming is the last to audition for “American Idol 7″ Hollywood Week and obviously he is nervous and sleep deprived. His band runthrough didn’t go well the evening before and he hasn’t rehearsed.

Watch this video clip of Josiah Leming as he thanks then dismisses the band — singing “Stand by Me,” Simon accuses him of being overconfident and overall he turns in his worst performance. While this is disappointing, since Josiah Leming clearly is one of the more talented American Idol contestants, the judges do give him a yes.

They sent Josiah home tonight ! Sirously, the boy lives in his freaking car, and has talent. Yeah, so he was nervous and screwed up, he was still better than half the people they let through into the top 24. I hope someone finds him and he beats the winner of American Idol this year. I’d sirously consider not even watching the stupid show and judges who have probably screwed up once or twice in their lives too.

The band really didn’t fit him AT ALL. He wasn’t their “cookie cutter” style.

This kid has a light in him that will shine bright.

Hopefully his personal life will become less stressful soon and he and his family will come out happier and healthier.

I cannot believe they voted Josiah off.

I spent a few moments listening and reading the lyrics to the songs he posted on YouTube. Brilliant.

I hope someone picks him up and gives him a chance in the music industry. He’s got talent and he’s touched a few of us already.

Simon is the fuck up here. They always do this kinda shit. I predicted Daughtry was one of the best performers in Idol history. Homie had command of the stage; was totally n’sync with the band; and had the voice of a commander of legions. I predicted he should leave Idol immediately and go form his own band. He eventually dropped out at position #4 and went on to become one of the best selling Idol acts.

Shame on Simon, we got beef from now on…
