Kristy Lee Cook is the hot blonde chick of American Idol 7, but just because she’s pretty doesn’t mean she’s got the singing chops to make it to the end of the competition.

With a smart (very smart) choice of “God Bless the USA,” she bought herself some extra time in the American Idol competition. Kristy Lee Cook totally nabbed the patriotic vote on that one and the follow up for Dolly Parton week kept her in the country music genre.

Beyond that, Kristy Lee Cook doesn’t seem to have much range. But hey, she’s bubbly and adorable, so maybe her music career will have a life following American Idol?
