‘American Band,’ the instrumental cousin of ‘American Idol’ will debut on Friday October 9th at 8 pm on Fox. The competition will be hosted by Dominic Bowden of New Zealand Idol and the judges will consist of Johnny Reznik from the Goo Goo Dolls, ’80’s singer (Nicole Richie’s biological aunt) Sheila E., and Australian Idol judge Ian Dickson.
