Lost returns on ABC tonight with the season 5 premiere that includes a one-hour recap followed by episode 1 “Because You Left” and episode 2 “The Lie.” Check out the Lost spoiler video above and after the jump.

I can’t bring myself to watch these Lost spoiler videos that were posted at E!, but thought I’d throw them out there for those looking for a little glimpse at what’s going down on the episodes “Because You Left” and “The Lie.”

Also, here’s a rundown for each Lost episode airing tonight, January 21, on ABC (from TVGuide.com):

8 p.m.: “A recap of the series’ first four seasons explores the island’s mysteries and profiles its inhabitants, with a focus on those who were rescued, the Oceanic 6 (Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun and Claire’s son, Aaron). The hour also speculates on reasons for Charles Widmore’s interest in the island, as well as Ben’s motives.”

9 p.m. Because You Left/The Lie: “Jack and Ben try to reunite the Oceanic 6 for a return to the island (carrying Locke’s body with them) to save the remaining survivors, while those survivors feel the effects of the island’s move. Later, they come under attack by unknown forces. Meanwhile, Hurley and Sayid are on the run from police; and Kate gets some shocking advice from an old friend to ensure that “the lie” remains safe. Ana Lucia: Michelle Rodriguez. David Reyes: Cheech Marin. Carmen Reyes: Lillian Hurst.”
