Buzz that Kiefer Sutherland’s “24″ is coming to the big screen is gaining momentum, with news that Sutherland would like to star, executive produce and help write the script for a “24″ movie.

Of course, the movie version of the television series is dependent upon whether “24″ gets a ninth season or not.

The plan would be to bring 24 to the big screen once the TV series wraps up, so guess we’ll have to wait this one out and see if it’s a sooner or later project.
