Another famous movie face joins the small screen – this time around, Tim Roth is set to co-star with Kelli Williams in Fox’s drama pilot “Lie to Me.” Kelli Williams is well known for her role on The Practice, playing Lindsey Dole; Tim Roth has appeared in film roles like Pulp Fiction, Rob Roy and The Incredible Hulk.
In “Lie to Me,” Tim Roth will play Cal Lightman, a researcher in the field of “deception detection,” while Kelli Williams plays his colleague, Dr. Gillian Foster.
Has Paula Abdul got serious stage fright or what? After Paula Abdul canceled an April performance of “Dance Like There’s No Tomorrow” on the Today show, she rescheduled for August 29. Looks like that’s not going to happen either.
