Looks like American Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe isn’t big on Paula Abdul joining the cast of Dancing with the Stars as a contestant. Lythgoe isn’t giving Paula Abdul up for anything, according to his interview with In Touch Weekly.

Nigel Lythgoe told In Touch, “As far as I’m concerned, Paula [Abdul] is American Idol and our judge. It’s like asking [fellow judge Simon Cowell] to sing. Why would I want that? It chips away at you.” Read the rest of this entry »

Well, that tease from Matt Lauer yesterday about Katie Couric’s big announcement is her involvement in the Stand Up to Cancer program to be simulcast on NBC, CBS and ABC on September to raise funds for cancer research. Brian Williams, Katie Couric and Charlie Gibson stop by the May 28 Today show to share more details about the fundraiser and show the star studded Stand Up to Cancer PSA.

Given the mega success of the Jonas Brothers, a book about the trio isn’t such a stretch. Disney Book Group will publish a Jonas Brothers behind-the-scenes book to be released this fall.

The Jonas Brothers will star in this summer’s Disney Channel original movie “Camp Rock,” airing June 20 at 8 p.m. and kick off their concert tour in July. The Jonas Brothers book will include never-before-seen photos and oh-so-much-more about Kevin, Joe and Nick.

There’s been some online hoopla today about Grey’s Anatomy star Chyler Leigh having a sex tape. Turns out, that while the woman in the sex tape looks like Chyler Leigh, it’s not really her.
