If you’re at home tonight like I am (such is the life of a parent of young kids), you can ring in the new year with a classic broadcasting of the ball dropping by watching the Dick Clark New Years Rockin’ Eve at Time Square. Due to health reasons, Dick won’t be hosting in his once-normal capacity but he will get help from co-emcees Ryan Seacrest (yay!) and Fergie (boo!).

Guests and entertainers include Carrie Ann Inaba, Akon, Sean Kingston, Miley Cyrus, and Carrie Underwood.

Catch it at 10 pm eastern time on ABC.

Heidi Montag new lips
Heidi Montag is definitely on a self-improvement kick — not only did she recently have a nose job and breast implants — she was recently spotted with plumped up lips, which point strongly to lip injections or some other lip enhancement procedure. Is this all for boyfriend Spencer Pratt? Please.

“The Hills” star seems like she may be shopping for a new boytoy with her newly enhanced body parts – do you think Heidi Montag’s lip injections are an improvement or should she have just left her lips alone?
