Disney Hannah Montana Lawsuit; Comedy Writer Claims Disney Stole His Idea

Buddy Sheffield filed a lawsuit against Disney in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday alleging breach of contract, breach of confidence, unfair competition and unjust enrichment. A comedy writer is suing Disney after claiming that he pitched an idea for a television series called ”Rock and Roland,” the story was of a junior high school student who lived a secret double life as a rock star, to the Disney Channel in 2001 and the network used his idea to create hit series ”Hannah Montana.” He has not be compensated. Goldman Family, Brown Family Oprah ‘If I Did It’ Confrontation

Oprah has snagged a confrontation interview between the families of murder victims Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. The survivors will argue about the publication of the O.J. Simpson book “If I Did It” on a show to air September 13th.
