When I found out that the complete set of “Extras,” including the Extra Special Series Finale, was going to be released in January, I scratched it from my Christmas list so that I could get the whole series in one set.

“Extras” has been available on DVD, but many feared that the only way to get the Extra Special Series Finale would be to purchase the new set – not cool if you already own the first two seasons.

But fear not, the standalone special will also be released — you’ll just have to wait until February to get it.

“Extras – The Complete Series Gift Set” (which includes the finale special) will be released Tuesday, January 15.
