If you tuned in Sunday night to see if anyone would die on the “Desperate Housewives” tornado episode, you may have been scratching your head about who exactly died. Far be it for “Desperate Housewives” to clearly spell it out for viewers – after all, it was a cliffhanger until the next new episode airs (whenever that is, due to the writers’ strike). Given Mary Alice’s cryptic explanation at the beginning that someone would lose a husband and everyone would lose a friend… and the devastation from the tornado, it’s questionable who really bought the farm, so to speak.

One character who seemed to clearly meet his demise – Victor, Gabrielle’s (Eva Longoria) husband, who was intent on seeking revenge on Carlos (Gabrielle’s first husband). Victor was impaled by the picture perfect white picket fences that grace Wisteria Lane, while Carlos get knocked in the head by flying debris. So, did either of these characters die in the “Desperate Housewives” tornado?

John Slattery, who plays Victor, is confirming that he did definitely die… but isn’t revealing who else met their demise on the tornado episode. Asked if his character, Victor, died, John Slattery said, “Oh, yeah. It’s not such a cliffhanger for me, is it? I’m off the frickin’ cliff!”

So, there’s one confirmed, but Slattery is staying mum about who else died during the “Desperate Housewives” tornado, saying, “Not that I know of. I don’t know.”
