Kyle MacLachlan wine? Yummy.

Well, I’m not entirely sure how yummy a bottle of “Desperate Housewives” star Kyle MacLachlan’s finest wine would be, but it’s an interesting endeavor, nonetheless. Kyle MacLachlan, who plays Orson on “Desperate Housewives,” is working with a Washington state vineyard to produce a Cabernet called ‘Pursued by Bear.’

On an appearance on “Live with Regis & Kelly,” Kyle MacLachlan said, “I went in with a friend who’s a real wine maker. We made a wine together and it’s going to be released in September. It’s grown up in Washington state. They are producing some fantastic wine up there, so I made a Cabernet with Tim Dunham of Dunham cellars. It’s called Pursued By Bear. I challenge you to forget that name. It’s actually a Shakespearean stage direction from Winter’s Tale. Actors are actually chased off stage by a bear. It’s catchy.”
