The “Dancing with the Stars” tour kicked off Tuesday, but pro dancer Cheryl Burke was unable to participate due to a pain in her side. The “Dancing with the Stars” champ went to the hospital with possible appendicitis.

Cheryl Burke told tvguide.com, “During run-through, I was cramping and in pain. I couldn’t even stand up straight.” Cheryl Burke planned to get a second opinion and hoped that surgery wouldn’t be required.
