Oprah’s at it again with an ‘Oprah’s Favorite Things’ gift giving extravaganza. You may recall these are the shows where audience members are shrieking, hyperventilating and practically fainting over all of the giveaways.

Oprah’s upcoming shows highlight U.S. towns, and at a taping in Macon, Georgia on Saturday, she delivered the goods. And then some. Camcorders and refrigerators were some of the big ticket items that her audience went home with.

The scream-filled episode airs on Tuesday.
